* The Village of Shorewood does not require Hunt Club HOA approval for roof replacements. Your contractor will need to contact the Village of Shorewood for a permit.
* The Village of Shorewood does not require Hunt Club HOA approval for solar panels.
* Most all other work will require HOA approval at the time a permit is submitted to the Village of Shorewood. Contact the HOA at [email protected]
* And, if you’re purchasing, selling or refinancing your home and need required documentation, contact the HOA at [email protected]
