February 20, 2024 Tom Amos, HOA president, spoke today with the homeowner at 310 Buckingham whose house sustained a fire on Saturday. The family has insurance and the adjustor has already been working with the family, but until the insurance company's payments are received, the family has an immediate need for help to cover the reimbursable costs of the hotel and meals outs.
The HOA presented the family with a donation, however, the family could use additional gift cards to local restaurants, Visa gift cards or cash to help prepay for their nightly expenses.
If you are interested in making a donation please drop it off at my house (301 Cambridge Lane) no later than Saturday afternoon. any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
The family is waiting for the insurance company to complete the investigation. As soon as it is completed, the damaged items in the front yard will be removed.
